Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 10, 2026
WDB Lab cares about protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains what data we collect, why, and what rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Who is responsible for your data?
WDB Lab is a project of the sole proprietorship of Grim Wolfs De Broeck (business registration/VAT number BE 1027.589.888), based at Sneppenstraat 2, 3010 Kessel-Lo, Belgium, with Grim Wolfs De Broeck and Aiden Wezowski as contact persons. For any privacy-related questions, you can reach us at info.wdb.lab@gmail.com.
What data do we collect?
When you fill in our contact form, we collect the data you provide yourself: name, company name, email address, the topic of your question, and your message. We don't collect any data automatically through cookies, tracking, or analytics: this website currently uses none of those (see our cookie policy).
Why do we collect this data?
We use your data solely to respond to your question and, if you wish, to schedule an introductory conversation. The legal basis for this is your consent (voluntarily filling in and submitting the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to questions addressed to us.
How long do we keep your data?
We don't keep your data longer than necessary to handle your question and, in the case of an ongoing collaboration, for as long as that collaboration lasts. After that, we delete your data, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it longer.
Do we share your data with third parties?
We never sell your data and don't share it with third parties for commercial purposes. To make our contact form work, we forward the data you enter to Formspree, a US-based service provider that acts as our processor and processes and stores this data on US infrastructure, solely to deliver your message to us. Only Grim and Aiden read the content of your message.
What are your rights?
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict the processing of, object to, and request portability of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info.wdb.lab@gmail.com. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
